AxiBatch Plant Automation System provides all of the feature of the Docket and Data Systems as well as full plant control automation using technologically advanced and industrially proven Schneider Modicon PLC and Telemecanique switchgear.

Many other concrete automation systems exhibit a major design weakness by using non-standard, proprietary or in-house developed controllers. These can require very specialised and not commonly available knowledge for their upkeep and ongoing support throughout their life.

By using a standard, reliable, off-the-shelf and widely supported PLC system has allowed Axion to supply and successfully support AxiBatch across Australia and at some very isolated locations, like very remote mining sites. It also allows AxiBatch to be readily customised to reflect specific operational needs and business requirements of individual customers.
