AxiBatch Concrete Batching System

AxiBatch Concrete Batching System is designed to cater for complete business and manufacturing requirements of concrete batching operations in one complete package – from Quotation to Order to Production to Docket to Invoice.

AxiBatch is currently implemented across numerous plants in Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia and is offered in three versions:

AxiBatch Docket streamlines all business administrative functions from Quotation to Order to Docket to Invoice and allows for manual production of delivery dockets from preset (and adjustable to actual) production parameters – aggregate weights, cement weight, water and additives.

AxiBatch Data offers the same functionality as AxiBatch Docket from Quotation to Order to Docket to Invoice plus the ability to directly interface to aggregate, cement, water and additives instruments for actual production data capture and (where available) for set-point control based on pre-determined recipes.  In addition, AxiBatch Data can interface to Axion-supplied LED sign displaying progressive aggregate weight requirements to the front-end loader operator, including recipe ingredient name and the remainder of ingredient weight to be added.

AxiBatch Automation offers all of the features of the above two system variants plus a complete plant control automation using a fully integrated, flexible and powerful industrial control system – from Quotation to Order to Production to Docket to Invoice.  AxiBatch Automation is supplied with a fully fitted out Operator Control Panel which also includes a full set of manual controls as a back up to the PC-based user-interface system.
