AxiBatch Concrete Batching Systems provide complete solutions for concrete batching operations, with comprehensive control of plant production processes and business data management - from Quotation to Order to Production to Docket to Invoice.
AxiBatch can be supplied in three variants:
eDocketing System (Electronic Docketing)
eDocketing streamlines all business administrative functions from Quotation to Order to Docket to Invoice. Electronic delivery dockets are produced showing preset (or actual) production amounts for aggregates, cement, water and additives. The same docket data (without retyping) can then be used to issue invoices (from Axi-Invoicer) and be imported into accounting packages.
Data Capture System offers the same functionality as AxiBatch eDocketing from Quotation to Order to Docket to Invoice plus the ability to directly interface to aggregate indicator(s) for actual weight data capture. Data Capture System can also interface to an alphanumeric LED sign and to an in-cab Axi-TREK screen to display progressive aggregate weights, including (from stored recipes) ingredient name and its remaining weight to be added.
AxiBatch Plant Automation is offered in two versions - PLC and AxiSoft. Both offer all of the features covered above plus a comprehensive automation of manufacturing processes.
PLC Automation is using a fully integrated, flexible and powerful industrial control system based on industrial Schneider Electric PLC controllers. This version is supplied with a fully fitted-out Operator Control Panel which also includes a full set of manual controls as a back up to the PC-based user-interface.
AxiSoft Automation is a very cost-effective PC-based alternative and offers the same process automation functions as PLC-based systems. AxiSoft utilises separately wired manual controls and can provide a much simpler and quicker upgrade of existing manual-controlled plants, often allowing for currently used panels, controllers and other equipment to be re-used.
